We are fishing some new lakes this season and they are out of state. So there is rules and regulations that all anglers must understand and comply with them. We are providing links to these rules and regulations. The local regulations will overrule league rules. It is the angler’s responsibility to know the rules and regulations and to have the appropriate fishing and boating licenses. Know the rules!

Boating Safety Education Certificate is required:
Pennsylvania REQUIRES that individuals born after Jan. 1st, 1982 obtain a Boaters Safety Education Certificate

NEW YORK RULES AND REGULATIONS
Boating Safety Education Certificate is required:
As of Jan. 1st, 2025 N.Y. REQUIRES all operators of motorized vessels—regardless of age—must carry a New York State-approved boating safety certificate under Brianna’s Law.
